Oct 12, 2012: FIREWORKS! That's right, "Fireworks!" Sofia said she wanted to see fireworks at Nats Park during Game 5 of the National League Division Series between the St. Louis Cardinals and the Washington Nationals. As if the Nationals had heard Sofia's request Ryan Zimmerman (1st inning), Bryce Harper (3rd inning) and Michael Morse (3rd inning) blasted homers setting off the fireworks and giving the Nats a 6-0 lead by the 3rd inning. October "Natitude" was in full effect and it seemed as if the Nats were going to clinch this series easily but like Sofia, the Nationals lost there steam after the 7th Inning Stretch. The Cards scored 4 unanswered runs in the 9th and sealed the deal beating the Nats 9-7 earning a spot in the National League Championship against the San Francisco Giants.
