College roomies reunite every summer to take in a game

Hi,

My name's Diane and I love this site. Thanks, Craig! My college roomate (from Atlanta) and I (from Portland, Oregon--originally from the North Side of Chicago) started meeting every summer to go to a game. So far, we've been to Seattle, San Francisco, Wrigley Field, Atlanta, Baltimore, the old Yankee Stadium, Boston, Minneapolis. My Ballpark Chasers Introduction

I recently joined Ballpark Chasers and am really enjoying the content on this site so I thought I'd contribute my background to start off with.

I have lived in Iowa all my life so I've never lived within 2 hours of an MLB stadium. Math Teacher's Baseball Trip

Hey everyone!

I am a HS Math Teacher and was recently awarded a grant to spend the month of June traveling to over 12 different stadiums/cities. My love of baseball drives this project. Many students have never become familiar with this…

The Quest

My quest to see every MLB team is getting more difficult now that most of the remaining teams are on the other side of the country which requires long-distance travel over either an extended period of time (which isn't very realistic given work demands) or multiple trips over several years (which will be expensive). Although the idea of a road trip sounds great, I think the reality will be the multiple trip scenario.

It might be splitting hairs, but with all the construction of new…

MLB Summer Break!

I love the MLB Network, but there's a huge opportunity for Original Programming. If you like MLB Summer Break and are on Twitter, please tweet @MLBNetwork and @MLB directly! (I'm trying to build some momentum!)
