Ok Chasers,
With the help of Josh Robbins, I believe that I have narrowed down the best possible attempt at seeing all 30 Ballparks in 25 days by land. This has become an obsession for me over the past 10 years, and every summer I planned it, something happened to derail it. This is more than likely the last possible year I will be able to attempt this feat and this is the reason why.
In 2010 I was diagnosed with Relapsing/Remitting Multiple Sclerosis. It really slowed…

Ballpark #6
Oriole Park at Camden Yards was our favorite of the East Coast trip. It might have been how comfortable we were in orange and black or the fact that it was first of the “retro” ballparks. Lets say the granddad of AT&T Park.
We saw the Orioles vs Royals on Friday, May 25th 2012. 2012 was also the 20th…

Ballpark #5
Always in the top list of “best ballparks.” PNC Park, home of the Pittsburgh Pirates was a site to see. There are a variety of ways to get to the park. Traditional parking lots surround the entrance, but unique to Pittsburgh fans they can walk across the Roberto Clemente Bridge from downtown. (the same bridge you see in…

Ballpark #4
Philadelphia is gritty, from the surroundings to the people. Phillies are dedicated fans and it defiantly showed. They came out hours before the game and sat in the rain til it started. We watched the Phillies vs the Washington Nationals on Monday, May 21st. It was funny routing for the Nationals the day before. We…

We went to a Nationals vs Orioles game on Sunday, May 20th 2012 with my husband Derek and his brother and sister in law. It was very easy to get to the park. Metro stops literally in front. There are also parking lots nearby. Ours was literally in left field, which provided a strange backdrop during the game. The main entrance is through the outfield. The presidents…

What makes a great baseball experience for you?
We all have our reasons to rate one team or stadium above another. Whether it be ticket price; a winning team; a team with a rich history and tons of tradition; a stadium with a great atmosphere, food, promotional give-aways and in-game entertainment; great uniforms; hot players; home run hitters; or a fan base who really knows baseball.…

The Cardinals and Miami Marlins will begin the season with the opening of Florida's new ballpark on Wednesday, April 4. Anyone plan on going? Any guesses at what the ballpark will be called?

I know this is a long way away, but anyone planning on attending the 2012 All Star Game? It is going to be held on Tuesday, July 10th at the newly renovated Kauffman Stadium. Tickets will go on sale someone in early 2012.

We have been regularly doing a ballpark trip every year, and this year followed the Nats out to San Francisco and San Diego. Below are my notes from AT&T Park - Petco Park notes will be posted in a few days.
AT&T Park looks a lot like OPACY has been transplanted to the Oakland Bay, and this park certainly has the prettiest natural setting of any baseball park that we have seen. It was particularly nice to get to the right field walkways and seats, as these have a terrific…

Have any Chasers seen this article? I wish I never had because now I will think about it every time I go to the ballpark. How did your local ballpark fare? Yankee Stadium had 32 critical violations including filth flies! Gross!

This has to be the worst name ever for a sandwich, right? Honestly, if I didn't know what it was, I wouldn't give it a second look. But after reading about it, I cannot wait to try one! Created by Food Network chefs, the Red, White & Blue steak sandwich comes toped with "Maytag" blue cheese and sweet and spicy Peppadew-pepper mayonnaise, served on a French demi baguette. Although I can't say I have heard of those toppings, they do sound really good! Before you get too excited,…
