Getting excited for warmer weather and to add some more parks in 2013.

Plans are not definite yet for the year so I may still make changes, but I am looking to add :

Minors
Tacoma
Reno
Fort Wayne

Colleges:
South Carolina
Gonzaga
Oregon
Washington
U Portland
Pacific
U Seattle
Washington St
Oregon St
Omaha(college world series)

If anyone has some pointers for or around the parks, let me know.

Now that the NHL schedule is also out, I should be set set with my April trip. Did not add the Canucks as I would had to take out a college team, but did add one soccer game and I often change things up until the trip. But as of now.

4/25 BYU @ Gonzaga
4/26 Stanford@ Oregon
4/27 California @ Washington and Angels @ Mariners
4/28 Loyolya Marymount @ U Portland
4/29 Las Vegas @ Reno
4/30 California @ Pacific
5/1 Oregon @ U Seattle and Tuscon @ Tacoma
5/2 New England @ Portland MLS
5/3 California @ Oregon State
5/4 Hawaii @ Pacific
5/5 Oregon @ Washington State

Any Rainouts, I likely skip the Washington State game or the 2nd pacific game.

Meg
Thanks for the input. Reno and Washington state were the ones I am hesitant to visit, just because they would be far a way from the previous and next days stop on my tentative schedule. One or both may still get "cut" when if redo the schedule as I might now add a vancouver nhl game if they are home during the time I visit. I guess the NHL schedule will be known tomorrow or the next day. However Reno is playing Vegas now a met aaa team so I do want to get that in on this years trip and it is good to hear they have a nice stadium. I am not a fan of casinos, but would stay at one due to closeness to the stadum and price.

Hi Bob -

I've been to both Tacoma and Reno and both are wonderful ballparks.

For Reno, for a woman walking from the hotel/casino to the ballpark - let's just say it was unsettling. This was two years ago so hopefully there's been some upgrades and/or improvements. At the game, stay in your seat for the 7th inning stretch. You'll be entertained.

Tacoma - (again, two years ago) Nice renovated stadium and a superb game day experience. I don't remember much in the nearby neighborhood. I preferred the city of Seattle than Tacoma from a tourist perspective. Except for the ballpark and game, Tacoma wasn't fun for me.

Jim
Thanks. I only been out in the pacific norhtwest once(2000) and am looking forward to it. Have a flight booked, a tentative plan that could be revised if I can get some additional days with 2 games.
Also looking forward to college world series. Hope to see you there as well. I am hoping to stay for a week.

That Pacific Northwest trip sounds like a ton of fun! PS I'll be at the College World Series as well (games during the first weekend). Hope to see you there!
