Today I will begin attending games all five California MLB ballparks in 29 hours!!!

Hi Chasers!

I just joined this group and I'm excited to be in it. I wanted to let you know what I'm doing starting today Sunday, May 25. I figured out how I can visit all five Calif ballparks while a game was going on. I don't think this has ever been done before so this will be fun to see if I can pull it off. Here's the schedule.

Sunday May 25

Petco Park-Padres vs Cubs at 1:05pm, watch one inning and then drive 93 miles to

Angel Stadium-Angels vs Royals 12:35pm see the last couple innings

Stay overnight in LA

Fly Delta 7:05am LAX to OAK

O.com stadium-A's vs Tigers at 1:05pm, watch one inning and then take BART to

AT&T park-Giants vs Cubs ALSO at 1:05pm stay a short time because then I fly SFO to LAX 4:29pm-5:57pm and drive to

Dodger Stadium-Dodgers vs Reds at 5:05pm. This will be tricky as I will be leaving LAX an hour after the game started. Luckily I know my way around LA having grown up there and I hope the game goes a little long! I should get in by the 7th or 8th.

There it is. Wish me luck! If I get to Dodger stadium before 7:05pm it'll be under 30 hours!

C'mon Richard, tell us how you made out!  BTW, I have been chasing since the 1950s and never heard of anything quite like your quest, but love the originality.  Now please fill us in.

I'm curious to see how you did Richard. A few weeks ago I  did a Saturday 1:05 game in LA and then a 1:05 Sunday game in OAK. Since I am not familiar with the area travelling around was more then I planned for. Again, I hoped it worked out and hope you had a great time!

I didn't mean for mine to be so negative.  How did it turn out? I just meant that it was nothing I would do but it is definitely unique!

Hi Richard. Please don't feel like these comments reflect all Ballpark Chasers. This is not the "norm" here. Your endeavor was certainly unique and not something we have seen before. How did it all finish up?

I was hoping this group was about encouragement. I guess snap judgments are the norm here.

I agree with Ken.  I am all about seeing games but I like to actually watch the games!

I fail to see the point of this except to spent $. So, uh, why?!

I have never heard of anyone doing this. Good luck today and tomorrow and keep us updated!
