Hi Craig, Great site. I thought marlins park was nice, a little disappointed they elected not to open up the top the night I was there (it was a nice night out and only a 10% chance of rain which never materialized). At times, I felt like I was walking through an indoor mall but much better than blue jays and tropicana field.
Hi craig! Just learning how to use site and introducing to my kids. We are headed to Detroit and Cleveland this year with a possible Boston visit. Although I have been to Fenway, my family has not so we don't count it as an official visit. ;-)
Hi Craig, I haven't gone through the site completely yet but it is AWESOME. I'm going to Target field at the end of the season and was looking for info and found your site. When I get time I'll update my page as a great way to stay organized. Thanks
Craig, thanks for checking in. I actually just got back from a visit to Camden Yards this weekend. I am looking into a visit to Target Field to checkout the Twins and trying to confirm expenses. Any assistance would be appreciated.
Hi Craig (or possibly whatever autobot that sent me the email)...
First of all, I think your site is such a great idea, its the only one of its kind I could find. But I do have a suggestion, if at all possible... I really think you could set up a template for a little more graphically clearer list of ballparks people have been to for their pages. Quite simply, just a rundown list of the parks they've been to, and on each line: the ballpark, a picture of the ballpark, and then any notes the user wants to add about their trip to the ballpark (star rating, date attended, etc.) I think it'd make for a nice read and an easier quick look for other people as to which parks they've attended. Something like:
STADIUMS I'VE VISITED:
(PIC OF STADIUM) Dodger Stadium my home stadium. Great dogs!
(PIC OF STADIUM) AT&T Park great retro look, extra fun for kids
(PIC OF STADIUM) Petco Park have to sit in sandbox in right field
Something like that. Anyway, thanks again, ad look forward to seeing the site grow!
We are planning a minor league weekend in July. Harrisburg on Friday, State College on Saturday and Reading on Sunday. I'm also trying to talk my wife into going to see the Pirates at Indians next weekend.
Next week my son and i are going to Atlanta, then joining up with my Dad in Florida to see a game in Miami and Tampa. After that the only stadium my son and i will not have gone to is Coors Field in Colorado.
Definitely would love to write a piece for your site! Any size restrictions? One page of a word doc? Character limit etc? We'll get one to you soon! Thanks Craig. Heard a lot of good about your site. Excited to be a part of it!
Thanks Craig! My stepson and I want to visit all 30. We went to PNC last year - his first MLB game. This summer we will hit Camden Yard and Nationals Park. Looking forward to using this site.
Tnx Craig. I am having a tough time using the mapping thing. I've entered in the parks that I've been to, hit the green button and not much happens. What am I doing wrong?
Also, I wonder if there is a ranking of most lifetime parks visited? I'm curious who's on top on this site. Love the site and will pass on to my friends. I've been a "Ballpark Chaser" for years, but I really never have a name for it.
It's funny. When I was in my twenties, and went to baseball stadium tours, invaribly we'd talk about stadiums visited, and I was in awe of the old guy with 25+ stadiums viewed. Now I'm the old guy!
Hi Craig, great site ! We are going to NY to are the Mets & Yankees and then headed to Fenway.....This will be in September.....I can hardly wait ! What about you?
Thanks for the welcome. I've thrown out a few posts so far. I'm trying to spread the word about this site... Seems there should be much more traffic here. I like reading the posts from around the country, but I feel more and more jealous by the minute... haha
Great site Craig. The first stadium I ever went to was Veteran's Stadium 1986. In 2003 I met my future wife and ever since every year we have been adding stadiums. This year we go to #29 and #30. Miami Marlins then a trip to Tropicana Field to finish up all the stadiums. I've also been to 10 stadiums no longer with us. My wife needs Comerica Park and she will also have all 30 stadiums. Including this years trip which includes a bonus trip to Atlanta and our favorite stadium Busch stadium the ending mileage comes to 38,800 miles. What a great way to see every stadium and the country.
Yes. I'll be doing a West Coast swing in June including Oakland, Los Angeles, Anaheim, and San Diego. While there I hope to also catch a San Jose Giants or Sacramento River Cats game.
I'm moving to Cleveland in July and hope to add Detroit to my list this summer (I've already been to Progressive Field and Great American Ballpark).
No specific plans, but I do have a couple questions. Firstly, do you happen to know of a resource for recommended RV parks that are convenient to ballparks? Secondly, can you recommend a method for viewing/comparing the schedules of several teams at once to plan a rolling tour of several sites?
Thanks for letting me in. And yes, today 5/6/12, my son and I are finishing our 614 day, 30,658 mile journey and hitting #30 in Houston. We started our last leg on 4/28 with stops in Atlanta, Miami, Tampa, Toronto, Detroit, Cleveland and Pittsburgh last night. What a journey it has been. We have a wealth of knowledge for any others that are making their quest!

One question: is there some official way for me to register/log the ballparks that I've visited on my personal page?
I'm going to see the Orioles June 23th !
