REDMOND, WA, August 29th, 2015 / PR Newswire/ --

***FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE***

It's a wrap! The official Second Annual Ballpark Chasers Meetup was a success! See the photo highlights here.

The 2015 Chasers Meetup was held August 22nd in Seattle, Washington. The group initially met at Kenneth Lee's Manfish home brewery. Ken welcomed Chasers from around the country with four fantastic beers on tap and a wide assortment of grilled food and snacks. Everyone's favorite, Gary Herman, was manning the grill while others got a chance to meet and mingle. "The Chasers BBQ was a great chance to hang out with Chasers of all levels. From those who have done all 30 parks to those who have just barely started their journey- it was a great time!” stated Mr. Lee. Following the BBQ, Chasers gathered at Safeco Field for a private tour of the ballpark. The sold out event walked the group through the Diamond Club, upper deck seats, media room, and on to the field for batting practice. After the tour, Chasers spent time on their own viewing Safeco Field, stamping their MLB Ballpark Pass-Port, eating some of the best ballpark food in the country and simply enjoying each other’s company. The game itself was exciting too as the White Sox scored five in the last two innings --including three runs in the 10th inning to pull out the win. The White Sox scored on a bases loaded walk, a passed ball, and a fielder’s choice in an inning with only one hit recorded! "I was extremely pleased with how the day turned out", stated Ballpark Chasers Founder, Craig B. Landgren. "We were thrilled to see such a big turnout and grateful to all who came out."

Ballpark Chasers announced today that the official 2016 Meetup will be held in Baltimore, Maryland. Landgren commented, "We are so excited that next seasons’ Meetup will be held at one of MLB's most beloved ballparks, Orioles Park." This will mark the first time a Meetup will be held on the East Coast. The 2016 Third Annual Meetup date will be finalized once Major League baseball announces game times in January. How do we check out the photo highlights? I don't seem to find a link.

Sorry, I updated the forum with the link. Thanks for pointing that out. http://www.ballparkchasers.com/photo/albums/second-annual-ballpark-...

Just checked out the pictures again and they bring back so many great memories of that weekend. New friends and I'm sure, friends for life as we all continue the never ending chase.

Looking forward to Camden and the 2016 event! Driving distance for me - well, 8 hour drive, but at least the whole family will be along for the ride this time!

Happy Thanksgiving to my US friends.

It was a great day! Looking forward to the next summer as well! Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family Paul!

Thanks. We did our Thanksgiving back in October up here in Canada. US Thanksgiving for us is football on TV and Black Friday sales, which have crept north!
