SAVE THE DATE!

We are ready to lock-down a date for the 2nd Annual Ballpark Chasers Meetup. Our 2015 Meetup will be held at Safeco Field in Seattle, Washington. Because summer doesn't start until after the 4th of July in Washington, we are looking at dates in July and August. We prefer a Saturday night game in order to leave the option open for us to meetup beforehand. With that being said, Saturday August 22nd, White Sox vs. Mariners, seems to be the best option. How does this date look for you?
Seattle here we come - but where should I stay?tag:www.ballparkchasers.com,2013-04-07:1681163:Topic:1370082013-04-07T11:35:22.963ZPaul Nieuwland (30/37)https://www.ballparkchasers.com/profile/PaulNieuwland

Hello West Coasters!

I'm visiting Seattle with my family in August to see my Blue Jays take on the Mariners, and need some help in finding an affordable hotel. Any suggestions? Criteria: Family of three (one child, 12 years old), and not $250 a night, which is what all the downtown ones cost. Happy to stay in the suburbs and commute into the city. We are staying for a few days. Is it easier to stay north or south of Seattle to do this? Good areas to stay?

Thanks!
