Awesome! Thanks! Churchill Downs is on my list of tracks to see at some point in my life. Would make it even more awesome to see the Bats play as well as the Louisville Sligger Museum!

I'm from Louisville, KY and think you should definitely come see Churchill Downs. Louisville is about an hour and a half from Cincy, but we also have the Reds' AAA team (the Bats). Also, while you're here, you can check out the Louisville Slugger Museum. It's pretty awesome seeing how bats are made, see memorabilia, swing a legend's bat or two and also see if you can hit a 90 mph pitch. I'd recommend starting at the museum on Main Street and then check out some nice bars and restaurants on Main Street as you walk down for a Bats' game. Slugger Field is about 10 blocks from the museum, but if you break up the walk by stopping at a bar on the way, it's not a bad walk. Also a good idea.

One could combine a trip to the Baseball Hall of Fame with a trip to Saratoga Race Course easily or even Belmont.

I'll keep that in mind. Thanks!
I've watched the Arkansas Derby on TV, would be fun to make it there one day.

Besides seeing all 30 MLB parts, I also want to eventually make it to all 3 Triple Crown Races in one year. But at this point in my life I don't have the funds to make 3 seperate trips that close together to see each race. One day, hopefully, but not any time in the next few years.

Jon, I do not follow horse racing, but know Hot Springs, Arkansas has Oaklawn, which holds the Arkansas Derby, but it is not close to any major league ballparks. The Arkansas Travelers AA team is in North Little Rock (about 1.5 hours away). NW Arkansas Naturals AA team is about 3 hours away.
