Fort McHenry, Baltimore Harbor. Did you know that during the War of 1812 Francis Scott Key was captured by the British and held prisoner on a ship in the outer harbor. It was on that ship while watching the battle of Baltimore Sept 13-14, 1814 that he wrote the words to the Star Spangled Banner. He watched the British Bomb Ft McHenry, thus came bombs bursting in air, rockets red glare. Can't have a baseball game without the Star Spangled Banner
