It's at the intersection of Eleventh & Washington Streets in Hoboken. The intersection includes the "bases" you also saw in my pictures. There is a German restaurant called Helmer's right next to the plaque. I only saw it up close that one time that I took the picture but I have driven past it many times while driving to see my daughter at college.
