A couple of months ago someone posted a question about methods of displaying tickets and other memorabilia from Ballpark visits. There were a lot of great responses (Maps with push pins, Souvenir cups on shelves, Programs and tickets in binders, etc.)

Unfortunately, I can't seem to locate that post or I would respond there.

I held off responding when I first saw that post until we completed this year's trip but am inn the process of posting photos of what we have been doing - creating framed collages for each Ballpark/Game with the tickets and some chosen pictures.

Admittedly they are as much to capture my son's as they have aged through our "Quest" for all 30+ Ballparks as they are of the parks themselves, but I thought someone might enjoy them and might also decide on a similar approach - especially someone who is doing the trips with their kids/family.

Only down side - I"M RUNNING OUT OF WALL SPACE.

The quality is admittedly not the greatest (it's hard to take a quality picture of a picture) but take a look if you get a chance and let me know what you think.

Thanks Luke, but in the interest of full disclosure let me share the following:

Our 2007 trip involved 4 Ballparks, 11 Amusement Parks and driving 3200 miles in ten (10) days.

On the next to last night of the trip we were at the Cedar Point Amusement Park in Sandusky, Ohio and just before closing time I called the kids over and said "Thank You".

They responded, "Why are you thanking us? You take us on these trips."

To which I replied, "What you need to understand is that I wanted to do this - you're really just my excuse"

What a cool idea! You must be a great dad to put that much time into it for your kids.

I love what you have done...what a great idea! Do you have them all hung up on your wall in the same room?

That would be the one.

A couple of months ago - June 2009 - well time IS just an arbitrary division of eternity!!!
