Event Description

Hello Chasers,

Our First Annual Ballpark Chasers Meetup is almost here! I am so excited to meet everyone and share the day with you. For those meeting for a quick drink at the downtown Lodo's Bar and Grill, I will be arriving at 2pm so look for us outside in their patio bar. For those meeting at the Ballpark Museum, we will be arriving just before 3pm. For those meeting at the game only, can you please email me back so we can discuss how you will receive your ticket/s?

Regarding payment, Rockies tickets came out to be $19 each and Ballpark Museum tickets are $6 each. You are welcome to pay me cash when we meet. However, my preference would be via Paypal beforehand. There is an option to send money to friends/family for no additional fee. If you have a Paypal account, after logging in, click "send money to a friend".

Again, if this is too much trouble, you can pay me when we meet.

Please let me know if you have any questions!

See you soon...

@David- we recommend all hotels on our Chaser Guide. I probably will not be able to make the Friday night game but hopefully others will. Hope to meet you soon!

Greetings all,

Is there a hotel recommendation? I may fly in Friday afternoon, anyone interested in the Friday night game too?

@Dennis- we are still working on the details but the game is at 6pm so my goal would be to have the tour around 2-3pm. You will be fine if your flight arrives at 11am.

What time is the Museum tour ?  There is a flight from Phx that arrives around 11am.

Thank you for the invite however we will be finishing up our 7 ball park road trip on the 16th at Busch Stadium.  Have fun!

If you haven’t been to Coors Field in a while, this will be a worth-while trip.

There’s a new Rooftop entertainment area in the upper (third) level of the right field stands.  New facades and signs have been added around the concession areas and within the stadium concourse (mostly on the first level).  New banners hang from the first level concourse honoring prior Rockies’ player achievements.  And the staff continues to have one of the best customer service in the league.

I can still make 8/16.  The National Ballpark Museum is fantastic if you're into seeing historic baseball and stadium artifacts.  I've been a couple of times.  They change their displays so you always see something different (or in a different manner) on each visit.
