I'm headed to Miami as part of my road trip next month. It's a weekday game and from what I understand they are not selling upper deck seats. My question for those who have been there in a similar situation: can you still gain access to the upper deck or do they have it completely blocked off? The reason I ask is as part of my chasing, I like to take a shot of every field from the upper deck behind home plate. I plan on making a collage of all of them when I'm done and I'd hate for Marlins Park to be missing from it. Thanks in advance for your help.

The upper deck is closed. Maybe you can ask them in advance if someone will let you up there.

I have heard that as well. I would suggest calling in order to get correct information. 305.480.1300. You can also reach the Marlins via email at ballparkfeedback@marlins.com. Let us know what you find out!

I was just there last weekend. Upper deck is blocked off and never saw anyone up there. I'm quite sure you would have difficulty gaining access. Maybe on a tour, though. . .

If not, I'd look at it as if it's not there. You can't buy a ticket and the capacity is like 29k without. I wouldn't even give you an asterisk for missing it.
