Our yearly stadium trip is coming up and it looks like Toronto is the answer.

Anyone who has been there, can you give me the heads up on the following:

1.) is it easy to scalp tickets there? best spots to do so?
2.) good hotels to stay at
3.) good bars to hit up

4.) anything else you can think of.

thanks.

1) There are a tonne of Scalpers around the ballpark and on Front street near the ball park. The guys in front of "Casey's" Bar and Grill have been very good to me in the past.

2) Obviously if you can afford it stay at the Renaissance in the stadium. You can drink your face off and go downstairs to enter the stadium. There are plenty of other options around the stadium. Typically I will hotwire and then walk to the ballpark. Ensure you select Downtown Toronto West if hitting up Hotwire.

3) Pre game go to the Steam Whistle Brewery. Free sample and the beer is cheap. Take a tour or chat it up with the locals. Post game I'd suggest Wayne Gretzky's or Real Sports. Gretzky's has a rooftop patio that is awesome on a summer day and Real Sports might be the greatest sports bar on earth.

Have fun!
