Upper Midwest Trip--Chicago, Milwaukee, and Minnesota

We are going to Chicago (both teams), Milwaukee, and Minneapolis next month.  Any pointers on points of interest, restaurants, hotels, etc?

In Chicago, you can't really go wrong with any of the museums. Navy Pier is incredibly touristy, but it's a great place to be outside on nice day. They also have a Billy Goat Tavern there which is really affordable and a taste of a great Chicago institution. If you want to stop for someplace to eat before a Sox game, Connie's pizza on Archer Avenue is a short ride from the ballpark. They have great authentic Chicago pizza, and they offer a shuttle. I'm planning on going to Milwaukee next month myself. I did Minnesota 4 years ago. We stayed across the street from where the Metrodome was. I have said that if I go back, I would stay in Bloomington, near the Mall. The rail starts there and ends at Target Field. Check out the Loon Cafe, which is near Target Field. They have awesome chili.
