It's an old-school funnel cake. Straight out of the fryer, doused with powdered sugar and covered with apples or strawberry sauce. You'll see them at the Puyallup Fair too. Fresh is the only way to do them! If you don't see it coming out of the fryer, pass. This one? Fresh and delicious!
